Jana Autoresponder (spam.exe) has stopped working after we switched on our ISP's spam filter, IronPort. This writes data into the emails header, although the ISP says it should not effect anything !. They looked at the responde.log and say spam.exe 2.5.7.3 is using the X-sender value in the email and this is the problem. Has anyone else experienced this ? or know of a fix. Internal emails work ok and if we switch off the ISP's IronPort spam filter AutoResponder works okay. any help would be appreciated or alternatives to spam.exe that can provide an Autoresponse on indivual email addresses.
