Hi,

I'm trying to connect to gmail imap server through Jana extra gateway using Thunderbird. What are the ports that I have to forward for imap.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com?

Another thing I notice is that in 2.4.x.x, sending large attachment has no problem, only in 2.5.x.x.

I'm still having trouble with dispatching large email attachment even if I set the maximum mail size to be 10MB. Jana will bounce back my mail even if I am Sending a 3MB email attachment.

Anyone has any solutions?

BTW, the timeout settings at thunderbird is 60 seconds.

Hi,

The mail client says that the message was sent. This means that the mail has been successfully sent to Jana before time out, isn't it?

Hi,

I am having problem dispatching large email attachment. Below are error message returned.

The email you sent to:
"ooisootuck@gmail.com"
was not transmitted.
Reason: Email wurde nicht versendet, wahrscheinlich ist die Email zu groß
Please correct the error and transmit the email
again or contact your administrator.

I do not know which of the smtp_prot that correspond to the message, below are latest smtp_prot that I got for last 45 minutes of the message log.

Anyone has any idea?
